I think Pierre-Hugues has a hw mod which may fix such problems (CCing).

Maybe the driver there can deal better with unstable connections. The rt2x00
development is still work in progress. I added some newer patches to my
experimental tree (you need to boot with psmouse.proto=imps for now), maybe
this helps a bit, maybe not.

Sometimes these warnings are harmless, but you may better ask on the rt2x00
mailing list. We AC100 developers cannot help much in these problems because
we are familar with this kind of hardware.
