Getting only an empty desktop (just the wallpaper, no launcher, no HUD and no toolbar) after installing the latest r16 kernel image by marvin24 and nvidia-tegra drivers, using the guide from http://ac100.grandou.net/hw_accelerated_video_playback . 

System: AC100 running plain Ubuntu 12.04.1 with Unity.

What did I miss?
