Following discussions of Toolbox beautification, I did a bit of fiddling
around tidying it into something a little more appealing. Will push changes
later, but just to give a heads up that it's in progress (actual work
permitting). Won't make any changes to back-end (i.e. XML structure), just
front-end stuff.
