Melt-7 is coming from a PPA, a personal package archive, which is
outside the responsibility of Ubuntu.

It seems to me that the melt-7 package from the kdenlive-stable PPA and
the melt package from the Ubuntu repositories are in conflict to each
other. You can only install one or the other. If you want the version
from kdenlive, then you should remove the version provided by Ubuntu
(e.g. "sudo apt remove melt libmlt-data libmlt7")

If you have questions to that PPA or to the version of melt in the PPA,
then you have to ask the provider of the PPA,
https://launchpad.net/~kdenlive . They are responsible for the contents
of their PPAs.

Remark: Just 18 hours ago a new version of melt-7 was published in the
kdenlive-stable PPA (version 7.12.0-1~ubuntu22.04.1).
