You will find my latest changes at lp:~brad-figg/arsenal/tags-and-distro. The
append_tags has been reworked as we talked about. There is also several new
functions to help determine a bugs distro version. The main function to call
is "determine_distro()". It takes a ArsenalBug as the one argument and returns
a string, the distro version name.
