That's great news, my question now is what differences are there between the U33JC and the ul30vt, I take it the U33 has optimus while the ul30 has hybrid graphics. Will bumblebee work without the bios ide setting? Does the bumblebee ppa support 10.04 (not ready to switch to unity or gnome 3 yet, still testing)?

Yes, i have ul80vt and it works like a charm with bumblebee without any changes in bios, but you have to read how it works, because everytime you want run program with nvidia card you have to use "optirun" prefix. Just read about bumblebee for ubuntu and test it by yourself. Your profit will be actual nvidia drivers ;)
