Hey everyone,

Given how evenings are organized, it might be difficult to gather for 
the wine tasting session if we are having dinner outside. So the easiest 
spot would be to have the session on Monday evening, after the BBQ 
party. That will also avoid scheduling conflicts with team meetings 
later in the week.
