  Clieop03 filename

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Clieop03 file should start with "Clieop03". At least the Dutch
  Rabobank wants it this way. So maybe, this can be changed.

  Maybe a prefix in a sequence?
