  IBAN gets overwritten by BBAN

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  - install the module account_iban_preserve_domestic
  - create/save partner with country "Italy" (not tested other country's)
  - edit partner and go to tab "financial"
  - click on "new" for a new bank account (make sure that the country of the account owner is 'Italy"
  - Select bankaccount type "Iban"
  - Enter the following Iban account IT24A0634012405100000002217
  - Goto next field
  - The Iban account is changed to A/06340/12405/100000002217
