[Bug 1176902] Re: plank flickers when you mouse over it
While we don't use double-buffering it is caused by writing/drawing
twice onto the Cairo.Context given by gtk.

Bug description:
I Noticed this after I installed Birdie, although it still happens
when Birdie is not running.
Running the mouse over plank makes it flicker. See the screen cast, it
missed some of the smaller flickers. but you get the idea.
