I believe this class is a hold over from the pre-tree days. I can only find
references to it in CMakeLists and the class files themselves.

Unless somebody objects, I'm going to open a ticket and then delete the
files. If anybody has objections, I suggest you stop me before Friday.

And by both "somebody" and "anybody", I mostly mean rocketman :)
