Hi all,

  We need you help with testing v10.2.8 of the new budgie-desktop for
16.10 yakkety installs.

Specifically we need to ensure that on physical installations (not
just virtualbox installations) network manager applet is correctly
displayed in the panel.  We know on some installations that the wifi
password box is not displayed when choosing the connection.

If it works for you - please let us know.
If it does not work for you - also let us know

Please test the new keyboard applet and places applet.  The keyboard
applet should be IBUS compatible so you should be able to switch
between different languages.

Other changes to look out for are described upstream:

To install:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:budgie-remix/proposed
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

To uninstall after testing:

sudo ppa-purge ppa:budgie-remix/proposed
