Re: testing of the new budgie-desktop v10.2.8

 

Hardware Thinkpad t60 Wireless

Installed the update from synaptic since I already had the ppa installed.
As the synaptic apply completed got logged off the system – never seen this
before.

Tested wireless: Went to the Network Manger, (applet) edit connections and
deleted the current wifi SID. Then went to the Network Manager and
reselected my SID. However, I was never able to get the password box to
open for the WPA password. This process seems to work ok with other *buntus.

Ran through the other Shannon changes and everything looks ok.

Really like the Panel icons.
