I set the key
org -> gnome -> desktop -> wm -> preferences -> button-layout

Changing it to: 
close,minimize,maximize:

Or use 
gsettings set  org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout 'close,minimize,maximize:'
Doesn't take effect 
So any solutions?
Is it a bug?
