[Bug 1756931] [NEW] Can't screenshot active window properly

This is a screenshot using Alt+Print: https://imgur.com/a/t2x1r
It doesn't take the exact size of active window.
I've tried to use terminal command, the gnome-screenshot gui as well as other screenshot apps, the problem wasn't solved so the fault likely lay on ubuntu-budgie. (I also tried with several themes as well but it did not made any different.)
As far as I know, the screenshot app does things right only with chromium.
