[Bug 1811483] [NEW] Screenshot tool has tinted overlay in selection mode

 

Public bug reported:

It seems impossible to use the screenshot tool to take a screenshot of
another instance of the screenshot tool.

However, if you open the screenshot tool, choose "select an area to
grab", and click "Take Screenshot", you sometimes get the attached
screenshot #1.

Also sometimes it works fine, see attached screenshot #2.

Expected behavior is that the blue overlay should never be present in
the saved screenshot. Actual behavior is that it is intermittently, but
often, present.

budgie-desktop 10.4, Ubuntu Budgie 18.10, fully up to date.
