Bug description:
[Impact]
* Notification icons are not always shown correctly in chromium
browsers. Often icons are missing. For frequent notification based
apps this can and is distracting. Sometimes the icon conveys meaning
which is lost because the icon type is not shown.
[Test Case]
* Using Chromium/Chrome browser navigate to https://www.bennish.net
/web-notifications.html
* Click the authorize button to allow the browser to show
notifications from that website.
* Click the Show button - the notification pop's up but with an
"missing icon" symbol in the notification. It should show "i" for
information.
* Run software-properties-gtk from a terminal and Enable the proposed repository via the developer tab.
* Install the packages: sudo apt install budgie-desktop budgie-core libbudgietheme0 libbudgie-private0 libbudgie-plugin0 gir1.2-budgie-1.0 libraven0
* Logout and login.
* Repeat the test - when clicking "Show" the notification popup now
should & will display a valid "i" information icon.
[Regression Potential]
* Notifications are part of a separate budgie process and hence
cannot by themselves crash the desktop.
* However, I suppose the worse case scenario is that process itself
could theoretically crash if a "bad/malformed" icon. That would
result in a loss of things like keyboard shortcuts & notifications
displaying.
* The mitigation here is that the patch itself is well tested by
Upstream Solus, Debian Testing, 20.10 and other rolling releases. No
adverse issues have been raised on the upstream tracker. So it is
considered the risk here to be very low.
[Other Info]
* N/A
