Title:
  On live session of ubuntu budgie, plank doesn't respect  screen
  resolution changes (position on screen)

Status in plank package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  We started a live session (on a VM), changed screen resolution to
  1080p, but plank stayed on the same position as before, while the
  screen was indeed much bigger.
