I am working on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/701060
and the symptom the reporter is experiencing is that he sometimes cannot
successfully boot, i asked him to disable "quiet splash" and he said that he
can boot fine. Looking at the plymouth bugs i found
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plymouth/+bug/609845
which looks very similar to the problem reported but i found the bug to be
set to incomplete so no triaged bug to look at :(

I looked at the Debugging Procedures wiki page and only found a old link to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUsplash
Fortunately i found https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Plymouth#Debugging, so i believe
that the page should be updated to show the new info as usplash is not used
anymore.

So i am asking for help to get this bug to triaged, can anyone suggest what
to do next
