Hi,

Since we have not managed to sort out the licensing issues before the
1.2 release I would like to add an additional license notice as
described here:

and
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLIncompatibleLibs

Please let me know if you have any objections or comments.

License notice:
"As a special exception, the copyright holders of Bzr-eclipse give you
permission to combine Bzr-eclipse with free software programs or
libraries that are released under the GNU LGPL and with code included
in the standard release of Eclipse under the Eclipse Public License
(or modified versions of such code, with unchanged license). You may
copy and distribute such a system following the terms of the GNU GPL
for Bzr-eclipse and the licenses of the other code concerned."
