Hi,

Yes I can take care of the changelog. I would be grateful if you
reviewed it as you are a native speaker :)
As for the bzr-java-lib release, I can handle that, however I would like
to change the licence to LGPL if possible, so maybe we should wait for
Guillermo's feedback.
