bzr-eclipse 1.2.1 release

Hi,

I have completed working on 1.2.1 issues and I believe we are ready
for the release. Most of the issues have been fixed, a few moved to I
1.3 and a few closed as invalid. Please review the list of tickets and
let me know what you think about making the release next week.
