Hi,

I believe all the issues scheduled for the 1.3 release have been
addressed and we are ready to plan the release. Both bzr-eclipse's
branch of xmloutput and bzr-java-lib have been already tagged.
I plan to test the plugin for a couple of days now and we should be
probably ready to do the release in early October. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Licensing is still an open issue and I really hope we can make some
progress here. Did you get any response from Canonical? Maybe we could
at least identify the files we can freely change the license of and
change it?

I would like to change the versioning scheme as well and use odd
numbers (e.g. 1.3.1, 1.3.3) for stable releases and even numbers for
development builds (e.g. 1.3.0.xxxxx). This way it will be easy to
migrate from a nightly build to stable one. Otherwise the plugin needs
to be uninstalled manually as 1.3.0.xxxxx seems to be recognized as a
newer build than 1.3.0 by Eclipse.
