Hi,

I have merged lp:~piastucki/bzr-eclipse/convert-lightweight-checkouts
as the workaround seems to be quite reliable. Maybe we should also
change the warning message and ask the users to back up their data
before running the conversion. Please let me know if there are any
other concerns.
Apart from that, the code is ready for the release.

Guillermo, do you think we will be able to sort out the licensing
stuff before 1.3 release? I can do the necessary changes if needed.
