I looked at "numero uno", but failed to find any reference to translations.  
After all, translations are somewhat "special" - different to other programming 
contribution.  It is not a case of just changing the program.  I guess that we 
rely heavily on Rosetta, whatever that program is, no?

I think that a clear explanation how to go about translations is essential to 
avoid proliferation of new and better wheels, no?
