Hi all,

I've uploaded new translation template for QBzr. New translation reflects recent changes re control 
buttons in actions dialogs (like qcommit, qadd, qrun). There is add Retry and Edit buttons.

Please update translations for your language, because I'm planning to release QBzr 0.18 in Monday or 
Tuesday. The 0.18 release is intended to be bundled into bzr 2.1.0rc1 (and maybe even 2.1 final).
