I don't think we change Qt versions very often. A new version of PyQt
does not automatically require a new version of Qt.

You'll need to install the Qt framework from their website.

http://qt.nokia.com/downloads/mac-os-cpp

The default download is the Carbon 32-bit framework which is compatible
with earlier versions of Mac OS X. You could also try the Cocoa 32-bit
framework which is compatible with Leopard (10.5) and above.

The bzr script uses /usr/bin/python. As far as I know that should be the
Apple python.
