The packaging rules on at least Fedora is pretty simple. Not much to
share there.

There is some small tweaks only to fix up some permissions, unwanted #!
lines in python bzrlib files and removal of elementtree from the package
(packaged separately using it's own upstream, not the copy in bzr).

The most complex part is to prepare the documentation subpackage.. could
not find a good install target for docs-sphinx
