Thanks to Alexander Belchenko's work over the weekend, we now have a
branch that builds the Window installer for 2.0, complete with Explorer,
the new help files and some new bundled plugins.

As discussed in the thread several weeks ago, I think the magic # of
installers is 1. But we're yet to add the user vs admin tweak to the
installer above and we're yet (as far as I know) to get a straight
forward replacement for the installers without Python bundled. Do we
still need them?

BTW, if anyone would like to help tweak the installer further with nicer
branding say, you can grab the source from
https://codelaunchpad.net/~bzr/bzr-windows-installers/trunk.
