MySQL strictly installs via the "install-into-python" installers, and
not the all-in-one installer. Because they use bzr-gtk (because of at
least per-file commits), and last I knew there was:
1) No installer for bzr-gtk
2) No way to bootstrap all of pygtk into the all-in-one install
There would be workarounds, but *today* we need both.
