It cannot be fixed unless you throw away standalone bzr.exe and its 
installer. And even in this case you either should stick with only one 
Python version and insist user to run only it for bzr, or provide 
special installer for every supported Python version (2.4, 2.5, 2.6) 
because of compiled extensions.
