Upgrading TortoiseBZR trunk to 2a repo.

Hi, all.

TortoiseBZR's repository is pack-0.92 so can't use stacked branch now.
I want to upgrade to 2a shortly after bzr-2.0 Windows Installer is released.

Is it OK?
