Some recent work on qbzr added some assistance (in qbrowse) with
de-conflicting. That needs extmerge, which looks small and innocuous.
But it is trivial to add as an end-user.

bug-390542 suggests loggerhead, but although it is supposedly usable
as a plugin it has a list of prerequisites that cannot easily be
satisfied by an end-user in a Windows-installer setting.

I'm not offering - but I note that noone else seems to have done
