At pretty much any point in time, there is only one available pyqt
release for any python version. At least from Riverbank. I think I have
a 4.6.2 exe for py 2.6 here, but I don't have it for python 2.5.

Currently: http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/software/pyqt/download
has only 4.7.1 for all versions of python.
