I'll leave this issue as low-priority as I've seen machines on which the
throbber doesn't seem to display for some reason, so we probably have to
fix that anyway at some point.

Hi, 
when I create a database, I enter login name ..., and click on create database, in the past there was a progressbar for initialization, now there is nothing just a sail grey .
windows vista, firefox 3.6.10 revision 3531
