Public bug reported:

After updating repository to the latest code this AM (server 2908,
client 1627, addons 4411), when starting the server I received the
following log message:

ERROR:init:module email_template: Unmet dependencies: marketing

Apparently, this dependency has been recently added.

I ran an Update Modules List, then attempted to add marketing.  I
received the following dialog:

 "Constraint Error The name of the group must be unique !"

         Status: New
