In trunk-addons with revno 4446. I found that button 'Start task' remain
invisible in cancel state, in project task tree view of project module.
Its due to mistake in 'states' attribute of button. Currently its
states="pending,draft,done,cancel" , it must be 'cancelled' instead of
'cancel'.
