Public bug reported:

We create a purchase order with two taxes (a parent tax of 5% and its
child tax of 7.5%).  The taxes compute correctly in the purchase order.

But when the invoice is generated, the tax calculation is wrong!  The
child tax is not calculated properly.

This is CRITICAL for us as we cannot use the application if it doesn't
calculate taxes properly.
