Public bug reported:

There are two problems in General Ledger Report.
(Accounting->Reporting->Legal Reporting->Accounting Reports->General
Ledger)

1.  Some report option value (e,g: display accounts, Filter By, Sort by,
Target Moves) does not translated on report output.

2. The PDF output having rml syntax error. (i explained it into my
attachment)
