On 6.0RC1 the ability to cancel entries has been split into its own
module.

If you want to have the 'Allow cancelling entries' option back, you'll
need to install the account_cancel module (from addons).

Bug description:
1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed

Open a financial journal (Menu / Accounting / Configuration / Financial Accounting / Accounts / Journals).

2) The result you observed

There is no possibility to set the journal for allowing cancelling entries.

3) The result you expected

It would be a checkbox "Allow Cancelling Entries", like in the previous version

Client: OpenERP Client for Windows
Server: Linux
