1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed

Open a financial journal (Menu / Accounting / Configuration / Financial
Accounting / Accounts / Journals).

2) The result you observed

There is no possibility to set the journal for allowing cancelling
entries.

3) The result you expected

It would be a checkbox "Allow Cancelling Entries", like in the previous
version

4) The platform your are using

Client: OpenERP Client for Windows
Server: Linux

5) The OpenERP version you are using

V6 RC1
