* Top left window-management and action buttons are standard in our wizards
* Can not reproduce the scrolling issue, options are always visible
* As for the import compatible issue, please open an issue for that in the framework, but I wouldn't expect much: the point of this option would be to stop you from exporting fields which cqn not be imported wouldn't it? Though you could argue those fields should be removed from the tree or not selectable there.

Bug description:
IMHO the all export handlilng selection and buttons should be next to each other on a "navigation panel"

currently 
export + close are on top

"Options" are only visible after scrolling (example SO) - IMHO should got to top - if "Export" remains on top (which is unusual but handy).

the default for "Import Compatible" = True usually creates an error
