IMHO the all export handlilng selection and buttons should be next to
each other on a "navigation panel"

currently 
export + close are on top

"Options" are only visible after scrolling (example SO) - IMHO should
got to top - if "Export" remains on top (which is unusual but handy).

the default for "Import Compatible" = True usually creates an error
