Public bug reported:

When a stock move is in 'done' state, it's always possible to add a
production lot (with 'Split' button) and add a Pack (with 'New Pack'
button).

This behavior is not correct. When a stock move is in 'done' state, the
user couldn't change anything in the stock move.
