just a question; if you "will consider it as a new features for future
roadmaps." Then why don't you flag the bug as "wishlist" to keep track of
it?

- Partner Title 
- Contact Title

please change widget back to normal m2o 
every (entitled) user must be able to enter new titles / legal forms of corporations without navigation to Sales/Config/addressbook/....
may be the current solution works well in English speeking countries, not so in Austria (and ....) where (various) titles are part of the name and widely used. It is considered impolite not to use correct titles.

alternate solution
* allow to open the resource with right mouse click on selection widget.
