Shouldn't we use the menu id as the link, so that the label will be
translated depending on the current language, rather than a hard-copy of
text?

Bug description:
When adding short-cuts in one language (e.g. English) and then switch to another language (e.g. Vietnamese), the added short-cut still shown in previous language.
Is this the OpenERP kernel bug, or just missing translation in relevant area (e.g. short-cuts)
