[Bug 680460] [NEW] not able to change date format

in trunk :

1) go to Languages form view (from Administration/Translations/Languages)
2) change date format (by default mm/dd/yyyy) into dd/mm/yyyy
3) save an restart server and client
4) the date format hasn't been changed, the format is still mmm/dd/yyyy
