Hello DR Ferdinand,

Currently auto update feature is not supported in latest version. If
some module does not exist in addons directory than you need to run the
"Update Modules List" wizard. We will consider this features for future
road maps.

Status in OpenObject Server: Won't Fix

Bug description:
if for some reasons a module does not exists any more in addons 
only a "warning" is issued in the log and the module state remains "to be installed" or "to be updated"

I would consider a missing module as "error" as it points to an inconsistency between addons directory and data base content.
