indeed Frederic is right and we should improve the financial reports and
the chart of accounts wizards in order to set 'posted entries only' by
default.

For the opening entries wizard it is also a good idea even if it's a
totally new feature. So everywthing should be done for rc2.

Bug description:
  Since in openERP documentation, it is said that draft moves are not considered in accounts (which sounds logical), I think that for all financial reports,  we should set by default "posted entries only" in the filter. 

Same thing for Chart of accounts

And same for the opening entries wizard : the filter does not exist there but we must add it.
