Since in openERP documentation, it is said that draft moves are not
considered in accounts (which sounds logical), I think that for all
financial reports,  we should set by default "posted entries only" in
the filter.

Same thing for Chart of accounts

And same for the opening entries wizard : the filter does not exist
there but we must add it.
